General

What is Drive4you? +

Drive4you is an online platform where you can rent a car from local rental companies all over Morocco. You compare prices, read reviews and book directly online.

In which cities can I rent a car? +

In all major cities such as Casablanca, Marrakech, Agadir, Tangier, Fez, Rabat and at the airports. Our offer grows every day.

Which languages does the platform support? +

The platform is fully available in Dutch, English and French. You can switch language in the top right corner.

Which currency are prices shown in? +

By default in Moroccan Dirham (MAD). You can switch to Euro (EUR) in the top right; the exchange rate is applied automatically.

Booking & payment

How do I book a car? +

On the homepage, choose your location and dates, compare cars, click on a listing and fill in pickup and return dates. You will see the total price immediately and can book.

Can I cancel for free? +

Yes, free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. After that, the rental company may charge a fee.

Which payment methods are accepted? +

Online you only pay the Drive4you service fee, securely via Stripe (credit or debit card). You pay the remaining rental price in cash to the rental company on pickup.

When is the amount charged? +

After the rental company approves your booking, you pay the service fee online via Stripe. The rental price is settled in cash with the rental company on pickup.

Do I receive an invoice? +

Yes, after payment you will find the invoice in your dashboard under “My bookings”. You also receive it by email.

Documents & requirements

Which documents do I need to rent? +

A valid driver's licence (held for at least 1 year), a valid ID or passport, and in some cases a credit card for the deposit.

What is the minimum age to rent a car? +

The minimum age is 21. For some categories (luxury or 4x4), 25 applies.

Can I add a second driver? +

Yes, you can add a co-driver during booking. They must also meet the age and licence requirements.

What happens if my driver's licence expires? +

Your account is automatically set to inactive. Upload a new licence in your profile to book again.

During the rental

What should I do in case of a breakdown? +

Contact the rental company immediately via the phone number or WhatsApp in your booking. In case of an accident, always call the police and fill in a damage form.

Can I return the car earlier? +

Yes, you can, but the amount is not refunded for the unused days unless otherwise agreed with the rental company.

What if I am late returning the car? +

Contact the rental company as soon as possible. Returning late may incur extra costs (usually an extra day rate).

Can I take the car abroad? +

Not without prior written permission from the rental company. Please ask in advance via the chat.

For rental companies

How do I become a rental company on the platform? +

Register as a rental company and your account is active right away — you can list cars immediately. Upload your business documents within the set deadline (14 days); once they are complete you can approve bookings.

What commission does Drive4you charge? +

We charge 10% commission per booked trip. No fixed monthly fees or sign-up costs.

When do I receive my payout? +

Payouts are made weekly to the IBAN you provided, for all completed trips of the past week.

What if a renter damages the car? +

Report the damage within 24 hours via your dashboard. You can upload photos and a description; our team will help with the handling.

Account & privacy

How do I change my password? +

Go to Settings → Change password. You can also use “Forgot password” on the login screen.

How do I delete my account? +

Send a request via the helpdesk. Your data will be deleted within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations for invoices.

What do you do with my data? +

We only keep what is necessary for the service and never share anything with third parties without your consent. Read more in our privacy policy.
