1. Introduction

Drive4you respects your privacy and processes personal data in line with applicable privacy laws (including the GDPR for EU users and Morocco's Law 09-08). This policy explains what data we collect, why and how we protect it.

2. What data do we collect?

We collect: personal data (name, date of birth, address, email, phone), identity documents (driving licence, passport, ID), payment information (processed by trusted payment providers), usage data (visits, clicks, preferences) and location data if you give permission.

3. Why do we process data?

We use your data to: create and manage your account, enable bookings, process payments, verify identity and documents, communicate about your bookings, prevent fraud, and improve the platform.

4. Who do we share data with?

We only share what is necessary with: the other party in a booking (renter/rental company), payment providers, identity verification services, hosting providers and, where legally required, government authorities. We never sell your data to third parties.

5. How long do we keep data?

We keep account data while your account is active. Booking and payment data are kept according to tax obligations (up to 10 years). Identity documents are kept as briefly as possible, maximum until the end of the booking plus 30 days for disputes.

6. Security

We secure your data with encryption (HTTPS/TLS), secure storage, access control and regular security audits. Identity documents are stored encrypted and accessible only to authorised personnel.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to withdraw consent, to object to processing, and to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (CNDP in Morocco, or the relevant authority in the EU).

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to make the platform work, and analytical cookies to understand usage and improve the platform. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

9. International transfers

Some of our service providers are located outside Morocco or the EU. We ensure that appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) are applied.

10. Changes

We may amend this policy. Significant changes will be communicated by email or in the app.
